Financial Services Client West Office Building
Financial Services Client West Office Building
Adapting to an agile workforce
The West Office Building was an opportunity to redefine workspace as a fluid, adaptable system. Our financial services client envisioned malleable space easily shaped by the need, purpose, or experience of the moment. The three-story, 81,000-square-foot building is purpose-built for optimal flexibility. We structured the environment to support growth and fluidity over time. Raised access floors, open ceiling zones and strategically zoned work areas enable reconfiguration at scale.
The art of treating employees as valued guests
Our design responds to the modern workforce by blending hospitality cues with workplace functionality. We employed curated touchpoints, like pantry hubs, credentialing kiosks and a Tech Bar, to turn everyday moments into opportunities for community connection, cultural engagement, or self-care.
Achieving efficiencies without sacrificing quality
The project achieved high impact through opportunistic design. We embraced project constraints as catalysts for design innovation. For example, we layered premium finishes over repurposed materials. The layout features secure zones and includes numerous wellness-focused amenities. Furthermore, we embedded LEED v4 Gold performance standards in the design without sacrificing visual clarity or cost-efficiency. The West Office Building is distinctive in its natural lighting, spaciousness and human-centered design—all qualities achieved while also maintaining operational integrity.
THREE KEY FEATURES
- Flexible office design
- Targeted employee amenities
- Fiscal and space efficiencies
